Cam Oxenham is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher whose classes focus on movement, recovery, breath, and nervous system support.
Blending restorative yoga, yin, mobility work, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing, classes are designed to help students release tension, move more intentionally, and feel more connected to their bodies.
His teaching approach is grounded, accessible, and supportive for all experience levels—whether you're looking to improve mobility, recover from stress and physical tension, or simply slow down and reconnect.
Yoga teaching naturally complements his work in massage therapy, creating a holistic approach to recovery, relaxation, and overall well-being.

Kai Yoga - Vinyasa Class
Join Cam every Wednesday at 5:30 PM at Kai Yoga for a grounding Level 1/2 Vinyasa flow focused on mindful movement, breath, mobility, and nervous system support.
Classes are approachable for a variety of experience levels and designed to help you move, reset, and reconnect with your body in a calm and supportive environment.

Join Cam every Tuesday at 7:00 PM at Honey Yoga in North Park for a restorative class blending yin yoga, gentle movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation.

The Little Yoga Studio-Weekly Classes
Vinyasa + Sound Bowls
5:30 PM – 6:45 PM
Move through a mindful vinyasa flow designed to build presence, mobility, and connection to breath. Class closes with the grounding tones of crystal sound bowls to support relaxation and integration.
Restorative + Sound Bowls
7:00 PM – 7:50 PM
Unwind with a deeply nourishing restorative practice supported by props, stillness, and sound healing. This class is an invitation to slow down, regulate the nervous system, and settle into rest.
